The Learning & Teaching group at GHS collated all feedback from staff, parents/carers, learners and partners regarding what constitutes excellent learning and teaching.

This information - together with professional reading and latest research -  helped us to focus on what we believe the ingredients of a successful learning episode are.

Our school vision of Aspiring to Excellence and Improving Life Chances for All  is at the heart of what we do and aspiring to excellent learning experiences is integral to this.

The result of the extensive consultation was the development of our classroom visual ' Aspiring to Excellent Learning Experiences'.
