Gardening Elective
The GEMS group visited SRUC Elmwood Campus to see the facilities and learn how to drive a sit-on lawnmower that is worth £35,000.
Everybody had a lovely time, and most people quickly mastered steering the lawnmower to avoid the daffodils!
The +1 Gardening Elective class made up and sold pots for Mother’s Day. We raised £66.25 for Bowel cancer UK and have just received a lovely letter back from the charity thanking us for the cheque.
